My brothe's name is Phillip, after our grandpa. He goes by his middle name though, Clay. He has a mug with "Phillip" on it and he'says "Phillip (fill up) Phillip's 'Phillip' cup!" That's all.

This is my name and I hate it. It'sounds so ghetto and trashy. People always tell me, "You don't look like a Ladonna." I'm assuming It's because I'm white, and this name is typically used for black women. If you have a daughter, please reconsider naming her this. It's so ugly.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this name. My husband and I took 8 months to decide what to name our first son, and when my sister-in-law suggested Phillip, we loved itI'mediately. The 2 people I knew with that name were very handsome, nice guys, so it had a good connotation with me. The name really fits him. He has always been such a litte grown-up, so the name doesn't seem too mature for him, even at 4 years old!
