Love the name but unfortuatly my name is Stephanie lol. When i have a girl i want her name to be Alanna=D
I can see that Alanna has gained popularity since we named our older daughter in 1998. Actually, Alanna is (was) the name of an Irish steak sauce we bought when I was pregnant. We read on the back label that Alanna means "beautiful," so we thought that would be the perfect name for our little girl. Everyone has a good laugh when'they hear of how we came up with Alanna's name. Sometimes people ask if Alanna's name is Hawaiian, and I beli've there is a Hawaiian meaning, Either way, It's a beautiful name! Pronounced: u-lon-nu
My name is Alanna, pronounced ❤️Uh-lan-Uh❤️ and ive always hated my name because 90% of people I'meet never'say it correctly. But at the'same time I like it because of how unique it is.
Well, the first time I heard that name I had to ask to sya it again, but then i heard of her often, until it did sound familiar. Now "Yaritza" is my girlfriend, and i call her "Yari". Amazing girl, no one like her (not even named like her) = )
My name is Alanna when I was little I used to think I was the only person named Alanna cause I never met anyone named Alanna before and I still never had
My cousin is Called Ilanna (pronounced-I-La-na) she hates the nickname Lana (Pronounced-Lar-na) So we all just called her Lana (te way it is spelt we say it)
Its my name too, and I looove unique names. There are only a few other people I know who say it the'same and very few who spell it the'same.
My name is Alanna Mae. I didn't like it growing up because as a kid you want to be the one with your name on pencils or key chains and such. But now I love it because there Isn't a lot of Alanna's in my area and It's unique I think. My father was from Ireland so I love the irish roots of the name. My childhood nickname is Lannie, or Lannie Pannie :) I Love them :) other nicknames from friends are Alabama, or Atlanta lol I have had many spelling errors. Always spelled with one N or they add a H at the end. Or double the L. I get it pronounced Aluana or Alaina... hate those... I pronounce mine A-Lan-na :)
My best friend's name is Alanna and people always spell it Alannah.
well my name is alexis and i think its pretty, but i go by lexi cuz its just younger and fun! ill call myself lexi until i get older probably, i like tht i can make it young and then more mature when i grow up! i also love being called lex<3
This is my name! I learned that I named after Wyatt Earp and Jesse James, and my parents found out that I was a boy. So they found out that I am a Wyatt James. And I also have one friend named Wyatt Logan but we call him Logan so we won't be confused which one is which. haha lol. I love my name. It's a name with a big personality and lot of emotion. And once you say my name, I turn around and say Clint Eastwood's famous line from Dirty Harry, "Do you feel lucky, punk❤️" haha. I just love my name.
My name is Alanna I have not met anyone with the'same name as me I love my name as it is unique although people always spell my name wrong (Allana) or (Alana) but if your name is Alanna it is very unique my nickname is Banana or llama I have twin sister called Larissa

Yes, i was named after the 'novela' too...I am Mexican-American and live in the US. My mother (of course) loves my name'so she was quick about correcting people when'they tried giving me a nickname...so I can happily say that everyone I know has always called me by my first name, Yajaira (I spell it a little different)
