My name is quite unique i've never met another griselle (my mom spelled it with two l's and two e's). It is often misspelled and mispronounced. On the first days of school its hard to have to repeat yourself over and over til the teacher finally gets it- so consider that when naming your child. I often am called giselle or griselda rather than my name. My name is pronounced gRiz-L (don't forget the r). i've never really liked my name as it means gray hair or dark battle but people I know love my name.
people cant say it and they pronounce it wrong i have never met anyone else with that name. its a sweet name though
