My Name is Karma and I am 12 years old. I LOVE my name, one of the only down sides is that people often all me ❤️ carmen❤️ or they look at me a certain way when I tell them my name. I have grown to like my name more and more because it is very unique and Isn't your typing name that multiple people at school have. I am the one and only Karma at my school, and I am proud of that.
My name is Karma, I'm 29 years old. I never really liked my name as a child as people always commented on it and kids would poke fun but I love my name now! I feel as though having the name Karma has in ways shaped who i've become as a person, it carries an essence that I fI'mly beli've in. I'm very bubbly natured, enjoy living in the moment and have a positive outlook on life.
I named my daughter Karma almost 19 years ago! It is the favorite of all my kids. It's funny because she has been a successful athlete, and I chose that name for her after reading about a teams "Karma". As a matter of fact she is doing an interview over the connection. People do like to add an "n", and it drives us nuts. I did have a little girl that used to think Karma's name was a bad word because she had heard her mom talk about "bad Karma", so she wouldn't say it. hahaha! We are in education, so naming our children something we hadn't heard was important. I will admitt that we did not know any other children with the'same names as what we named ours, but it is funny how many you hear with the'same name after.
I love the name Karma ! I just hope once i get old enough to have kids it Isn't trendy :)
I named my daughter Karma (Adia , which means gift from God). I chose to name her Karma, after a family friend who died of sickle cell a few moths prior to my daughter's birth. Anyway, I chose the name, because the Karma I knew was a beautiful person, and the pregnancy of my daughter absolutely changed my life for the better. Moreover, my daughter LOVES her name and she loves it when people speak of ❤️karma❤️.
I have the'same name but it is spelled "Carma." Too many people add an "n" and pronounce it Carman.
Instant Karma' was a John Lennon song in the early Seventies (following the break-up of the Beatles), then in 1995 the BrIt'sh pop band Culture Club, one of the "New Romantics" of that era, sang 'Karma Chameleon'.
Having this name is quite awkward because many people/teache's don't know how to pronounce it. Although, people never forget your name because it is so unusual. I like my name being Karma because it is fun and enjoyable. Many people compliment it.
I am a seventy year old Karma living just south of Salt Lake City, Utah. I am sure that my parents didn't know whatKarma meant. I question the numbers because impersonally know at least ten in my small area. It is inter'sting that when I worked and made national calls people would ask me about my name or ask if my parents were flower children. I find that a lot of people try and add a n to my name, and I usually correct them if I am in a situation that allows for it. Karma
I feel I should leave a comment since the one left before mine wasn't too positive. I named my daughter Karma. It had nothing to do with my relationship with her father, or what I'might have been "pinning on her'so blatantly" I named her Karma because she was my good Karma! Things were different with her from the very moment I found out I was pregnant...different in the'sense that all other mothe's I had talked to, weren't experiencing the'same things I was, and even now, the name'suits her even more. She's an amazing little girl, far beyond her years. I feel as though her name is a badge of honor, not something she'should feel negatively about. Her name has a deep and significant meaning, both with us, her parents, and by the definition of the word. I wanted her to feel special, important, and unique. Having a unique name myself, I liked it growing up. It was nice to not be an Ashley, or a Jennifer...I want her to feel the'same, and if we're going to be pinning responsibilities on kids, then yes, I guess I expect her to live up to her name, and It's meaning, just as any other parent would... I'must say though, I take pleasure in knowing there has only been 926 girls since 1880 named Karma. Nothing like standing out in a crowd! Regards, Karma's mom Kyla
I am Carma with a "C". I love my name and wouldn't change it. I was a Carma way before it was trendy "Karma"; my father named me 59 years ago.
