Well my name Isn't Lisa but in my class FIVE people are. it just seems boring to me, but that's just me.

Yes, my name is Keyla. I'm only a teen but I have not yet met anyone with the'same name as me. Many people say it wrong when'they look at my name and it takes them a long time to learn it. Took one of my teache's a half a year to finaly say it right. I pronounce it as it is spelled the way you say Key, as in a house key and la, like in music. People often'think it is Kayla or Kaiyle. But I do enjoy my name because it is unigue and people love my name and say it is beautiful everytime they hear it. Even'though I get annoyed with how much they get it wrong. But I think Keyla is a good name to name a child, you dont find many Keyla's around, not like Chris's and Ashley's. My name is Kendra and I love my name. I never thought it was anything special when I was growing up. I used to wish I had a "pretty name" but now I like my name because it Isn't that common. (although It's much more common that I ever realized growing up) i've been called Ken for short and lately a lot of my friends have taken'to calling me Kenny.

As a Linda, I didn't want an "in" name for my children. I loved the name Kendra because it comes from the olde English word "ken" which means to know. Kendra means woman of knowledge or seeker of knowledge. And it is a pretty name. My daughter though did not meet another Kendra until she was 8. My name is Kendra and I never had any problems with it. Growing up I rarely heard the name, until I'moved and there was one other girl in my school who shared my name during high school. I hear it once in a while, like today when I was at the deli they called two Kendra's at once, I was a little confused. I think the name is unique, but not weird. It is a strong name and It's pretty.
