I don't mind my name at all. However, when meeting new people, it is a rarity if they will get the pronunciation or the'spelling correct. The correct way to say my name'sounds like: "lee-sha." And not leigh-sha, like the word Geisha. i've only personally met one other person with my name, however, i've known of more.
Pronounced LEE shaw. hope that helps. I was born in 1972. That'seems to be the year the name was the most popular.
Leisha is an amazing name.I love it.Its hard to spell and pronounce for some people but its a beautiful name.
Love my name! I have gotten used to people mispronouncing and misspelling it. I always say "I'makes the e long." *Smiles* Leisha
correct way to pronounce Leisha is Lee-Sha simple as that. lovely name for a little girl and rare too
I did a search within Facebook & came up with a list of about 2,500 of us Leisha females mostly! Leisha AenneA Neelix
My name is leisha and according to me its a very good name but people do not pronounce or spell it correctly. Its a rare name. But mostly people love my name and its meaning.❤️❤️❤️
No one can ever'spell it/pronounce it/remember it. I have always wanted to change my name~just never got around to doing it.
its a great name becuase its very rare, although, people mistake it for Alisha and call you Alsiha so you have to keep correcting them. Also, teache's at school found it hard pronouncing it... they say Lysha..❤️❤️ I love my name though...thanks Mum :)
My name is also Leisha, but my mother is Cuban and pronounced it "Lay-Shaw" since the letter "h" is silent in Spanish, my aunts called me "Lay-Saw" I was born in 1980 :) Beautiful name no matter how you pronounce it. It's different, and if our mothe's picked it, we should appreciate it and be proud :)
