With the name Kaia, I find that the most trouble I ever have with it is that, indeed, people spell it wrong A LOT. They keep wanting to spell it "Kaya", and pronounce it "KAY-a", when, in fact, we pronounce it "K-EYE-a". Some do get it right, though, and they all compliment me on it as soon as they've got it. ^_^ I haven't met anyone else in my life, thus far, who has this name, especially with the'spelling, but I really don't mind it. Personally, I love the name, and I wouldn't change the'spelling for anything (especially not to "Kaya"). Thanks Mom and Dad!
