My youngest son is named Jakobe. I love his name even'though everyone takes a second to try to sound it out before finally mispronouncing it. I'm full blood Cherokee & have heard that Jakobe is the equivalence to the English name Jacob.

My husband and I named our son jakobe.. We named jakobe because the lead singer of papa roach's real name is jakobe and that is my husband's favorite band.

I Love the name JaKobe. My son will be here in the middle of november and thats what i plan on naming him. His father is the biggest Kobe Bryant fan. Ja'Kobe is the name of son as well.....I got the name from a friend of mines, who has a little girl named Ja'Cori. :) I love both names.

We are going to be naming out daughter (due in 3 months) Lila. I didn't know people couldn't read Lila and mispronounce it Leela... that is a bit disheartening. The "a" makes the "i" sound not a "e" sound. This is basic phonics.
