Kahlil is going to be our new baby boy's name. We are naming him after the poet Kahlil Gibran whose work we love. It's wonderful that his name is so rare.
I named my son Kahlil in 2020. I had decide whether to go with the Khalil or Kahlil spelling. It fits him well.
What about the'song "Sara Smile" by Hall and Oates!❤️ Maybe too old for some of you on here, except for the Bob Dylan fan. ;) When I was young I didnt really like my name. I wanted a Unisex name like Taylor, or Bobbie..lol but that was many many years ago. Im in my 30's now and have been loving my name'since my late teens. Like in many of the comments above me, I also do not like the name with an "H" added to the end of Sara. Maybe a biased dislike but nonetheless if I were to have an H at the end I feel like I would need to pronounce the name like this.. Sara-hhhhhhhaaa. Emphasizing the H sound. Like who would want you blowing your breath in their face when you introduce yourself❤️ lol. Sara Rocks!! surprised no one had my nick name...Sara Bear..
Kahlil here from jamaica.. people always spell and promounce it wrong. i have never meet anyone else with this name, its rare and I'm loving it :-)
I chose the name Kahlil for my son, born in 01. I pronounce his name as It's spelled because I don't particularly care for it being pronounced Kahleel. People have called him Cleo, Kleel, u name it. But I love his name and how it is spelled. Most people put the h before the a, but "kah" means spirit to the Egyptians..I thought that was deep, so he's "Kahlil"! Peace to all the Kahlil's!
My sons name is Kaliel the'same as Kahlil I just spelt it different. People ALWAYS say Cleo . I hate it . I love his name tho .
