I go by Les or Lester. I went by Les through college but now either. Named from my grandfather's middle names, Lester and Ray. My wife and I were out eating recently when I heard a couple introduce their 5 year old boy to someone. I told the boy my name was Lester and he'said My name IS LESTER" and I said, yeah, there wont know be too many.

Plus, Lester Isn't a particularly masculine-looking name when one looks at it - I think It'sounds somewhat effeminate and a bit like a homosexual.
