It's okay for a nickname, but I do not like it for a first name. :(
Always the best cntonet from these prodigious writers.
im a girl my name is natalie but in sports my coach calls me nat so nat is like my spors name on all of the'sports sheets and things It'says nat as my name
They pronounce in wrong and spell it wrong all the time. I always get Mia or Lee. I have only met a handful of people with It'spelt this way. I love the meaning behind my name - Leah first wife of Jacob mother or the'six tribes of the chosen people
Nat is short for Natalie. Nate is short for Nathan or Nathaniel, end of story. I have people write Nat all the time and it drives me insane. I hate it.
We named our son Nicholas because it was the only male name my husband and I agreed on. We both looked through a baby name book and wrote down the ones we liked and then compared our lists. Nicholas won hands down!
I often get the "e" added to the end, but I correct them, and add my own simple IQ test, I tell them, "The 'G' is invisible." When'they get it, they never forget my name again. Other than that, it is a very cool unique and real name.
A nickname of mine, from Natania. Some people call me "Nattie," or Ania. I don't think Nat should be a full name, but It's a nice nickname. It's short, and not too common. The only problem is that it often gets confused with "Matt."
Nat. It'sounds like a fly and it is a nickname for Natalie not a guys name'super'strange.
