My experience with the name Najee is wonderful he is so caring and genuinely sweet. As of right now he is my boyfriend so yeah. I guess he was named after that jazz guy who plays the'soprano sax. Um its a pretty cool name not alot of people have It'so it wont get confusing trying to find him in a crowd of people.

It's not a common name and though most people pronounce it wrong It's a great name to have! It's very different and unique. The kids in your child's class wont have the'same name...and that's a plus!!!
My third son of 4 children is named Najee. My husband named him because of the jazz artist, and also It's a classy name that was found in an "African-American" name book for babies. My son Najee knows he's named after the jazz artist and he has some pictures of him also. He is very proud to carry the name. He even looks alot like the famous NAJEE.

My daughter's name is Najee I also named her after the jazz musician Najee. When he made his first CD Najee's Theme I knew I had to use the name. My daughter loves her name, but people always think its short for something else like (KeNajee) or something like that. We live on a small island so I guess thats why. The name'sounds like African royalty so I decided to go with it even'though It's a name normally given'to a boy. When said correctly it commands attention.

Yes my name is Nancy and I was born in 1992! Appearently I am not the youngest person with this name but close. Growing up I did not like the name at all. I have been'told many times over that I have an outdated name, once there was even a bet that I was going to be over 50yrs old by people my age before they met me simply because my name is NANCY!!
