That's my name! WAY cooler than Natalie... BoOoring! It gets pronounced wrong sometimes but one correction always does the trick. And It's a good way to get people to remember your name. Im always being called NatalyWithAY so people dont forget. YAY for Natalys!

Nataly is my middle name, I was given it after my great grandmother who was born very close to Christmas. Nataly(and Natalie, and Natalia for that matter) means Christ's birthday. It'seems mostly everyone here pronounces it like Natalie (NAT ah lee), but I pronounce like Na taal ee. My family and I pronounce it like this because It's the way my grandmother pronounced it. My grandmother was born and raised in Italy, and Nataly is of Italian orgin. It comes from the the Italian word 'natale' which means 'birthday' The Italian phrase for Merry Christmas is 'Boun Natale' which literally means Good Birthday.
