Well, My name is Paul, I have had It'since day one. The only thing I don't like about it is the meaning of it is "Small" and I am far from it. 6 foot 2 Inchs tall, 300 pounds.
My name is Nanette. It was a real pain when I was young and it is still a real pain. On the phone people think I said Danette. 90% of people that read my name plate at work will see Nanette and then call me Natalie. Go figure.
My name is Nen'tTE, and I like my name very much. I dont know its meaning and why my parents called me as such. But I like it. i've been bearing that name for more than 40 years now.
My name is Nanette, it is not common as the other female names that is why people always say Annette, Len'tte whenever I introduce my self but it doesn't matter to me I love my name, i love its uniqueness I feel special that way!
well my husband came up with the name(2 me), which really i never heard before, and he mentioned it to me one day and It'stuck! my almost 2 yr old baby boy is Jaiden...I really do love the name ,....and the meaning is really worth it as well..
I'm Nanette. People call me Nan a lot and I don't mind that. It's a name i've had to grow into. People tend to think It's an old person name. People also think Nan is short for Nancy. But then, people are kind of stupid if they aren't named Nanette.
i've only known one other "Nanette" in my life. (I am 55 years old.) It's sad to rarely hear your name'spoken but people are reluctant to pronounce this name. I think It's one of the most beautiful, feminine, elegant names i've ever heard. I was blessed to get this name whether It's often heard, or not.
20 years ago I was in high school where one of our cheerleaders was named Nanette. She was attractive and smart, but something about the uniqueness of her name'seemed to add to the allure. So now I'm considering the name for our next baby, if It's a girl.
My mother was pregnant and shopping for baby clothes. She came across a brand named Nanette and fell in love with it. Turns out she was right, it is an elegant and charming name. No one calls me Nanette. It is Nan, Nanny, Nanner or Honey, courtesy of my husband! I do love my name, even'the nicknames. I am 65 years young.
I too am Nanette Rene. My father had a crush on Annette Funicello, so mom through an N to it, and dads middle name was Rene (in France Rene is a male name). 70% of the time folks have miss-pronounced my name IE Nanetta, Annette, Nannett, Lanette, Natilie, Nancy etc. One day I went to a "fluff and fold" laundry place the lady there was from BelgI'm. I absolutely loved the way she'said my name (she'saw it on the paper), she'said Gnaw-nette (phonectly). I now use that name as my Zombie Diva character name, "Gnawnette La Rogue". I do have French blood so now I introduce myself as (sounds like)Gnawnette and the funny thing is people then say Nanette perfectly. So I actually get them to same my name the way I like it or the way It'should be. I love my name. At doctors offices I tell them 2 Ns not 3. If your name is like mine you'll get it. I also tell othe's with name endings like mine, if your name ends in E double T E Your alright with me. Ettes rock! So do the Rock-ettes ;-). I have met a about 3 Nanettes Irony my boyfriend's sister's Name is Nanette! I love my name and my French way to say it. It is wonderful to be unique.
I have a cousin and she is upset that'she can not find the meaning of her name. Her name is a close variation of nanette. Her name is Nen'tTE. it is pronounced. ne nette. She has never met someone with the'same name'spelling; she has seen nannette, nanette, nen't and, nanete but never nen'tte. it grives her how her name is never found ANYWHERE!
I too am Nannette named after my first dress. I identify with people calling me Lynette, Annette and othe's. I never figured out how they get Natalie out of my name. I also love to hear French people say my name. There are only one or two Nannette's with my maiden name and I think I'm the only one with my married name. I appreciate the uniqueness of my name now but hated it when I was a kid. My brothe's always made fun of my name calling me goat.I'm 55 i've heard it is a dying name'so sad.
I will be 60 years old 5/18/2019 my name is Nannette Rene and I have always loved my name. It is French and unusual. I have two sisters and they were named by othe's in my family. When I was born my mother'said she would name me. She called the French consolate in our home town and had them list names. They got to Nannette and she'said that is the one. Then'they had to keep going until they reached Rene. It is a wonderful name.
I *like* Nanette. Nanette Kennedy... is that too many N's❤️
I adore my name, Nanette, although I did not as a child. Then I would have preferred a more mainstream name. Thrilled with It's uniqueness now. People do mispronounce my name, or have misheard me as saying Annette or Lynette. The correct way for me to pronounce my name is to replace the a sound with an e sound...looks like 'Nen'tte'. I have never actually met anyone with my like name but I had a college friend who had a sister who shared my name. Wouldn't want any other first name...my parents did well!
My ex-wife's name is Nanette, but I tend to refer to her as Satan's Little Sister. Turns out that'she was supposed to be a boy, and her name was going to be Chadrack.... I guess she was screwed either way. lol. The name is gaining popularity though. There is a news anchor named Nanette Hanson on, I think, CBS, and there is always the play "No, No Nanette".
Hey my name is also Nen'tte, and i've been bearing it for nearly thirty years now, as for your cousin i've been searching for long the meaning of that'special name and it turned out that "Nen'tte", "Nanette" are both derived of the hebrew name "Hannah" or "Annette" which means "Charm". Am glad am bearing that name, and it just reflect on the personality.
Nobody knows what You're saying. "Anne❤️ Annette❤️ Jeanette❤️ Man❤️" It's unusual, so not a lot of folks know it. That can be good, but It's a pain. Yes, this is my name.
My Names Nen'tte And I'm Thirteen; To Be Honest I Only Know One Person With My Name And The'same Spelling, Which Is My Auntie. My Name Is Not Any Of Them Popular Names So Just Coming On This And Finding People That Have The'same Name And Spelling As Me Is Extremley Overwhelming!!
My name is Nannette, and I love it although It's usually either misspelled, mispronounced or both. i've met few othe's with the name but once attended a party where 3 of us were in the'same room. We couldn't beli've it. The really strange ting was that none of us knew the hostess but were all dates of someone she'd invited.
