My mom insisted to give me the'same name as he's (but she was always called Elica and nobody knew her correct name) after my older brother was named by my father and she was scared later that I would hate my name. But I was always happy with it. I grew up in Germany but I was born as half Slovenian and half Croatian baby. There was no person i've met all the years with this name and then I found a job in a big company with about 10 thousand people working there and just in the'same department there is another girl "Raffaela" - only one f more in her name.
