I'm a jason. i like it. kids can't really find any nasty names that rhyme with jason to tease with. there are very few, rare alternate spellings, so you don't have to spell it when you introduce yourself. i did acquire a nickname, Chase, because a friend of mine used to call me Jas, rather than Jason, and someone else misheard him and thought he was saying Chase, not Jas. but i like Chase too, so It's cool. It is not too terribly common either, so, overall, i like being a Jason.
My name is Jason Eric and my mom just chose the most common name out there in 1988. It was the title of a book that came out later in the 80's -Baby names other than Jennifer and Jason. LOL my sister's name is Jennifer!!
This is my husbands name and it fits him to the T... yes, he was born Daniel Perry... but he goes by Danny or sometimes just Dan.. I love his name...
Jason is not very popular nowadays and I love the name it fits my son perfectly. I also call him Jay.
My brother's name is Jason Blake and I think that it is a great name that'suits him very well. he'stresses that it is Jay-son not Jay-sin. I just call him Jase, but I am the only one that does.
not super fond. called my b-friend of this name "mason" instead, because It'seemed more solid and fit him better.
I love the name, and when I gave it to my son in February of 1987, I thought that I had found a unique and beautiful name to go with our last name, Smith. Boy was I wrong! By the time we left the hospital, there were 5 other Jasons in the nursery and then at least one in every one of his classes and groups of friends. I just wish that it had not become so common place.
My name is Jason and i am ashamed of all of you, and myself a little now! Chief Tizz
Way too masculine for a girl. It'should be spelt 'Gabrielle', then it'd be quite pretty.
My name is Jason and i love it. Its not too common, but not too rare which makes it good.
i think that jason is the coolest, best , man ever and i have a hot rod and i have zz top to go with it and i think i have the coolest life in the world!!!
My name is Jason, and I think It's a cool name.Everybody calls me Jay and I love it.And in Irish,it is "S?as?n" (pronounced shay-sawn in Irish).I bet you didn't know that!
As the graph shows, Jason was VERY popular in the 70's. There were always four or five Jason's in my grade. Don't know where everyone else's parents got it from, but my Mum happened to watch "Jason and the Argonauts" while pregnant and she loved it. I like the name, but hate it when people shorten it to Jas. It'sounds poofy.
My name is Jason and I love it. Never a problem with pronouncing it or spelling. Great name.
I really like the name Jason. It's my name (obviously a big reason) but there's something about it that's just different. You always see a lot of John's and Ryan's (which is a pretty cool name too). But I only know like 2 or 3 Jason's so I feel special and unique where I'm at even'though there have been millions of Jason's in the world.
My name is Jason Randolph, im a United States Marine currently stationed in Iraq. Im proud to have the name Jason, i never asked my parents why they named me Jason, but that dosent matter to me cause i am just honored knowing that they are the ones who gave it to me.
