Hi, my name is Georganna and I was born in Oakland, California 1969. As I got older, I started not liking my name. It'sounds so bland instead of a nice sound as Georgianna. You can't find anything with your name on it and people rarely spell it correctly or pronounce it. I tried going by ganna pronounced Janna but again it was mispronounced wrong. I am now 55 and would rather be called Georgie because that is easier for othe's to remember and say. By the way it is pronounced Geor ganna not George anna. So apparently your missing othe's with your facts. I even met a women in Alaska who had the'same name as I did and she was the first person I had ever met that'spelled it as I did. Enjoyed reading about your research especially when it dated back to 1880. I wonder if some royalty was called that back then❤️
