My name is pronounced "gizz-elle" and It's not spelled that way. My name is GESSELLE and it may not look as exotic as "Giselle" may look like but I like the way that it is spelt. I pronounce it by saying "Ji-sell" which appears to be one of the less common ways to pronounce the name. To be honest, at least half the time when meeting new people they mis-pronounce my name or spell it incorrectly. Their most common guesses are "Gi-sell" "Gi-zell" or "Ji-zell".
