This is my son's name. We loved the meaning and the'spelling (because it was a unique name for our common last name). It is always spelled and pronounced incorrectly. We pronounce it, as it is spelled "Kay-Din". I find that people in our part of the country think it is the'same as Cayden (a variation of Aiden). Kadin & Cayden have two different meanings.
