we named our daughter kaedyn,she was born 7.10.12 born ten weeks early at just two pounds zero ounces and came home just five weeks after birth at three pounds thirteen ounces.my husband had said the name when I was just 18 weeks along and we had just learned her'sex I said cadence and he'said what about Kaedyn❤️ an it just rung out in my head and right then an there that was to be her name.we chose the unique spelling because we wanted something unique and different to match her'special name and we wanted it to be more girly as it can be seen as a more masculine name.but it was mostly chosen because of its meaning: companion,little fighter'such a strong name perfect for my growing child.now when Kaedyn came so early and so small I knew without a doubt their was more to every reason we chose her name.little fighter no doubt she was born so small completely breathing on her own and beat every statistic and odd against her very rare for her type preemie and even came home a whole month before her due date and a month sooner then expected and today is going on nine months old and sixteen pounds! we had many people rhink strangely of the name and just ignored then and im glad we did.I love her name and it fits her'so perfectly and all we get are compliments on its beauty and uniqueness.a perfect pick for us(:
