My name is Carly and when I was little I HATED my name... in Kindergarden I decided to change it from Carly to Melinda (my grandfather "Mel" said I should have a name that would have a nickname like his) :) I'm in my mid twenties now and have since changed my name back to Carly and wouldn't have it any other way. Well, people do say it wrong! They call me Angelina or Angelica or Angela or anything that'starts with angel! Angeline is a Greek name and it means Heavenly Messenger. Long ago when I was in the'second grade my teacher told me Heavenly Messenger meant angel so I was happy but back in the'second grade we had a job called messenger where you would deliver'something to the office and when'the boys in my class found out they would make fun of me by saying Heavenly Messenger will you bring me a pizza❤️ I didn't like that but in third grade they for got all about it! Most people call me Angeline but my friends call me Angie. I don't think It's too bad to have the name Angeline so I'm fine with it because second grade was long ago!

So I spell my name Karly instead of the usual Carly, but I don't mind it because I don't know that many girls with the name Karly.
