My husbands name is Jackie and often when I go to the bank or business where both of our names are on a document, they address me as Jackie. I always have to say, "No, that is my husband." He goes by Jack, and does not really like his given name. No one except his mom ever called him Jackie. We are both glad to see a come back of the name Jack, and we have met several new little Jacks.

my boss in U.S. thought I'm a girl when I wrote my name in email...It's a pity..
My name is Jackie (female). Full name Jacquelyn. I like that my full name is spelled this way because there's not too many othe's (that I know of) that use this spelling. I wasn't named after Jackie Kennedy, but they liked her name'so used it!

My name is Jackie (female). I was named after Jackie Kennedy and have always liked my name. My full name is Jacquelin (no "E" at the end). Everyone adds the "E" because it is so common, so I would suggest spelling the name with an "E".
My grandfather's name was "John" but everyone called him "Jack". I was named "John" after him -- but my family calls me "Jacky" instead...

I find it inter'sting how a lot of people are named Jackie after their grandfather. My name is Jackie, male, and I'm named after my grandpa and I think the name is great.
My name is Jackie and I am male, I got a phone call once and the guy calling asked for Jackie and i said speaking and in a surprised response he'said You're Jackie and I said you got a problem with that and he'said oh no no and I hung up.
My grandfather and great grandfather were both Jackie's. I plan on naming my son Jackie (as soon as I convince my husband our son won't be beat to death over it).
I like Jackie as a boy's name. It is cute, and his mates can always call him Jack. ^_^
tia lia mia leah n-eye-ah nina etc im called nia i was born in 97 and its a pretty cool name its a welsh name related to the irish name nI'mh (neeve) of celtic origin with one key character in the ancient welsh mabinogion being called Nia ben Aur (Nia of the golden hair) apparently its also swahili which explains why most people outside of wales and britain in general called nia arent blue eyed whities like me. One problem is loads of words totally unrelated also sound like it when muffled so i always end up turning my head when people say see ya or near or clear. probably wouldnt be a problem if everyone spoke welsh....... also i dont like that it doesnt have any hard consonants it would be nice to have a k or a t. bit more solid sounding
Famous male Jackies include Jackie Gleason (of 'The Honeymooners' fame), Jackie Coogan (child actor of the Charlie Chaplin era), Jackie Cooper (another child actor but better known to modern audiences as Daily Planet editor and manager Perry White in the original Superman fI'ms), Hong Kong-born U.S. actor Jackie Chan, such African-Americans as baseball player Jackie Robinson and songster Jackie Wilson.

My name is Jackie (female) Full name (Jacqualyn )My parents spelled it different, so people won't think I was name after Jackie Kennedy.
I love that name! My son's due date is April16th and his name will be Jackie but I'm so confused weather to spell it Jacky or Jackie❤️❤️❤️ I really like the fact that people can call him Jack for short as well. My eldest son's (5yr) name is Johnny Blue and it was mainly his idea to name his brother Jackie Dean. What a mence that boy is! Cheers to all Jackies!
