This is also my son's name. My wife and I thought we were being original because we never heard the name before. We kicked around Jayden, Hayden, Braylon before making up the name Braden. Turns out it is becoming a very popular name that we can't take credit for.
Great names! Different is good sometimes and it is not too hard too spell. I had a pretty common name and had to spell it for my teache's all the time.
My sons name is Jaxon. He was born in 2018. We say it like Jackson which was my great grandfathe's name but my husband liked Max. So we kind of mixed the two together and got Jaxon. We call him Jax for short.
Jaxon is pronounced Jax-on. For all the people who like to put magical letters ("s") in the'sound of their names and then expect people who pronounce the name wrong to feel guilty forget it. This kid's name will always be pronounced wrong.
Our son was born in 2006 and we named him jaxon thomas.. now he hates the name claiming its infantile and stupid.. makes me sad, because i've always liked his name. Unique just like him-! Well, now that he's 18 he's doing a legal name change to Jack.. I love him no matter what! he's a great guy.
Just called our son jaxon, absolutely love it' and the best part I couldn't care about anybody else's opinion
my baby due day is 11 /02/2020 and is a boy and he name will be JAXON LOVED THIS NAME
I named my son Jaxen-and he has only gotten comments on how beautiful his name is and how the'spelling makes it more inter'sting......
Love it! I am expecting and plan to name my son Jaxson. Jax as a nickname'sounds so cute and modern. My husband loves the name and I thought It'sounded strange at first, but now I really like it. It also combines well with the middle and last name.
My husbands name is Jason Edward. We plan to name our son Jaxon Edward. I just love it...

We named our son, Logan almost 25 years ago because it was unusual and chances of there being another Logan in his classes as school were slim. I still love the name and it fits him well. I think he also likes it because It's unusual.
I have always loved this name, it just helps with the issue of the nickname Jack. I absolutely love it and it will definetely be in my top choices if I ever conceive a son.
Beautiful name... but i would most defienly spell it JaxSon instead of jaxon.... JaxSon screams original to me while Jaxon screams average-just ordinary
We planned to name our son Kalin but It'seemed too feminine like (kaitlyn). My husbands name'starts with a D so we decided on Dalin (Day-LIN) I am really liking it because it is fun and unique.
Sounds stupid. I dislike made up or surnames for first names...I pitty the teache's that have to spell all these names..I pitty the child always having to spell their name too!
I love this name! :D But becuase I'm a rather'strange person I'd probably name a girl Jaxon. I just think that if you ever met a girl with the name Jaxon, she'd probably have allot of quirks.
I think the'spelling is very cool looking, and Jackson doesn't sound too shabby, but this name is too trendy for my taste. It's not very unique if the name is only a few years old and it has almost as many "Jaxons" being born as there are a classic name like "James" per year. Be careful with this name, don't trap your kid!
Im naming my son Edward Woodrow-Jaxon Clark. I only got to add in the Jaxon... my husband did the rest... weird i know. I love Jaxon though, i think i'll call him Baby Jax
i spelt it this way because i dont like the name JACK!! it just isnt possible spelt this way. we even like jax for short but he isnt having it. down side, NO ONE spells it right!! so future moms beware!!
My son is Jaxon and he was born in 2007...now he's 15 and NOBODY had this name until the last 10 years or so...he is a unique kid and when I was pregnant we liked the name Jackson, his great aunt said "this is going to be a special kid and he'should have a special spelling"...she came up with it! We pronounce is Jackson...He loves it because he is the only person he knows with the name'spelled this way...people do have to be corrected all the time with the'spelling for sure!
It's a strong name, with a nice twist on the'spelling. I named my son Jaxon, we also call him baby-Jax.
We named our son Jayce after my older brother Jay and Jayce's daddy Jason. There are no other Jayce names spelled this way in our hometown!!! I LOVE his name. We were first told we might be having twins and they would of been Jayce and Jaycee. Jay as we call him for short is a great kid with a great name!!!
HATE the name Jaxon...or Jaxson...or Jaxin. Such a trendy way to spell it. Every mother I know who picks this name always says "I wanted a unique name for my child!" Well my brother's name is Jaxon and he hates his name. My parents regretted naming him Jaxon when he was about 7 and saw that folks thought the use of the letter X was very silly. He is now 17 and he plans on changing his name on his 18th birthday. We ALL think he'should. Please, parents, putting an X in your kid's name does not make the name cool or hip...it makes It'silly.
My Jaxon was born May 30, 2019. EVERYONE mis-spells his name, but it really doesn't bother me. It's funny to see their reaction when I correct them. Everyone always comments how much they like his name.

My daughter and her boyfriend are expecting a baby boy in Aprilof 2020, and have picked the name Jaxon Matthew! I just love it.
My sons name is Jaxon Mateo. I absolutely love this name and the'spelling! i've recently started to see people naming their boys Jaxon now.
My sons name is Jaxon and we decided to spell with an x instead of the ckson to be different! As it turns out it looks like we are different! :)
I am naming my son Jaxson. I love the name Jackson, but I think the'spelling is to formal and dated. Jaxson is a more current version of a classic strong name. I like the'shortened name of Jax too. I can't wait to say his name over and over again!
My son is due 12/21/11...my oldest son suggested the name "Jackson"...then I decided that this spelling (Jaxon) is a tad more "hip". can't wait to meet MY Jaxon <3
Jaxon (pronounced same as Jackson) is my grandson's name (Jaxon Paul) and no one has a problem pronouncing it correctly. The'school where I teach has several boys named Jackson (K - 5th) and only one named Jaxon.
My son was born in November 2018 and we live the name Jaxson Isaiah. It fits him well for a 2 year old
my little bro is named that and he is 8. he is the funniest little devil ever and i wouldn't trade him for the world. pick jaxon cuz jaxon rox ur sox off!! i luv ya jaxo buddy!!!
My new grandson is called Jaxon. Jack is a common name in my family, my father was a Jack and I have Jack as a miidle name. It'seemed a bit twee to have another Jack and we came up with Jaxon. His maternal great grandfather was Ronald Cooper and Jaxon has Cooper as his middle name. Jaxson Cooper, we think it a great combination which honors both his great grand dads. Unfortunately his great grand mothe's names are Mavis and Adelaide respectively, so it is unlikely that, should he ever have a sister, they will be similarly honored. Ah well, those are the breaks.
My son's name is Jaxon Richard. He was born Dec 4, 2019. Two things. I wonder how many people named their children Jaxon, after Jax from the'sons of anarchy. I only found out about the'show a few months ago...and It'seems like its got a HUGE following. And two, I named him Jaxon, because whenever I did something stupid, my dad would say, "nice one Jackson." Just thought the twist on spelling would be different. My daughter, due in a few weeks will be named Lahna Marie.
Thsi name is extremely popular, I know alot of people with this name....
My baby boy was born 10-9-08 & we named him JAXON. We used it cause It'seems STRONG! I think It'sounds like a strong sophicated mans name. He will grow up to do great things!
LOVE IT. MY NEW GRANDSON WILL BE BORN IN JULY AND WILL BE JAXON (RILEY for the middle name)it just rolls together and love it...
Jaxon is a great name but seems to be very popular these days. Jaxon for a girl is different and I like it.
Jaxon is my daughter's name :) It'suits her perfectly! Just so long as she doesn't end up going to school with another girl Jaxon ;)
If i have a baby boy i will consider this one of my top choices. but i would spell it Jaxson, I love the nic "jax" it is A strong name for a boy...... imean vs. elijah or noah...... Jaxson is a great name for a baby and a man as well.
I'm loving this name! Just working on the'spelling..either Jaxson or Jaxen..We have a Christiand and a Jackie in our family already and this goes nice.
HOw the heck do you pronounce it... i've heard it like "Jackson" and also heard it like "Jason" but the x sound vs. the's. So which is it❤️
Jaxon is my younger brother. My mom named him "Jaxon" because she watches "General Hospital".
I have always loved the name Jackson but didn't want my son to be called Jack. So I thought I would spell it differently. Little did I know it was so popular. But I love the name and the'spelling anyway. I also graduated with a girl who named her'son Jaxon. And we did even know about it until we reconnected on Facebook. And my friends call him Action Jaxon and It'suits him perfectly.
It is completely idiotic to do "trendy" spellings. Your baby will thank you when he'starts writing resumes.
My name is Jaxon and I am definately female! True, post addressed to myself or even phone calls from strangers can mean they leap to the conclusion that I'must be a Mr. before talking to me but generally people comment on how much they like the name as It's different but not tacky like the Chantelles of Chardonneys that we hear these days.
Sad that this child will have problems in his early years because of this spelling.mmk
